St. Paul Travelers Finance Summer Internship Program
The St Paul Travelers Internship Programs provide qualified students an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand business experience, receive valuable on-the-job training, and learn about the many financial professions available in the insurance industry. These challenging programs are complemented by weekly business seminars, social functions and mentor program.
This summer, there will be several paid intern positions at our home office in Hartford, CT and St. Paul, MN. Interns will work on challenging assignments that will utilize and develop their technical skills as well as their overall business skills.

Subsidized apartments are available for students who live beyond a commutable distance from Hartford, CT. Positions are available beginning in May for 10-12 weeks.
Financial Leadership Development Internship Requirements:
- Preferred overall GPA of 3.2 or above
- Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Math, or other Liberal Arts majors with a business focus are preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Extra-curricular involvement on campus or in the community
- Related internships/work experience helpful
- Demonstrated leadership experiences/skills
Must be able to show eligibility to work for St Paul Travelers, in the U.S., on a full time basis, within 3 days of employment.
