Commercial Real Estate Internship with Aldrich-Thomas Group, Realtors®
Requirements:
Aldrich-Thomas Group, Realtors® is looking for two part-time interns with strong interests in the commercial real estate industry. Potential candidates should be real estate majors with a minimum of 3.25 overall GPAs and graduating in May or August, 2007. A second major in finance is a plus.
Position Summary:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for projects;
• Create, maintain and update property activity reports for clients;
• Assist in new business proposals, project leasing, build-to-suit, tenant representation, investment sales, etc;
• Draft, edit and revise contracts as needed for specified real estate transactions;
• Acquire thorough knowledge of local properties;
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, including lease abstracting, discounted cash flow analysis and detailed financial schedules;
• Assist with lease administration activities
Number of Internships:
Two paid internship positions requiring 15-20 hours per week.
